In Episode 4, Helen spends a day with the Galway Wool Co Op at Athenry Mart. Darragh meets Niamh and Ruairi Dooley from a company called Bia Sol who give heritage barley a new life. Finally, Ella meets Martin Neary who has bequeathed land to Mayo Co Co to plant as a native woodland park. But it comes with one caveat - Martin has to be buried there.
