Sheryll Barnes is a 56 year old healthcare assistant. Originally from Jamaica, Sheryll now lives in Drogheda, Co Meath. She takes very little exercise and life revolves around work and family. She wants to improve her lifestyl and her afro-caribean diet is one area that will be examined.
