The Style Counsellors Alison, originally from England, has lived in Kiltimagh, Mayo for the last 13 years. She’s a popular member of the community with a bubbly personality - always the life and soul of the party! Alison was diagnosed with MS about 7 years ago and in the last year, has started using a wheelchair. But she is socialising less as the wheelchair has knocked her confidence. Alison loves wide skirts and dresses, but she finds this style is not compatible with her wheelchair - the skirts get caught in the wheels and the tops ride up her back. That's where Suzanne comes in.... RTÉ One, Tuesday 24th January, 8.30pm

NEVEN’S GREENWAY FOOD TRAILS This week Neven explores the route of the South Kerry Greenway, a planned cycling and walking track, which will run from Caherciveen to Glenbeigh on the spectacular Ring of Kerry. RTÉ One, Wednesday 25th January, 8.30pm

OPERATION TRANSFORMATION Operation Transformation resumes for a second episode. Five brand new leaders from all over the country take on a health and wellness plan with the aim of resetting and kick starting a new chapter in their lives. EAR TO THE GROUND This week, Helen is in Laois at a family run beef farm that has diversified into vegetable growing, micro style. Ella meets a farmer bringing a little bit of Korea to Kerry and Darragh meets a Meath couple milking all year round. RTÉ One, Thursday 26th January, 7.00pm
