NATIONWIDE – WEEK 4 This week on Nationwide, the programme visits local communities in County Meath and Limerick to find out the ways they are celebrating their towns’ rich histories and heritage; the team head to the Showcase Trade Exhibition at the RDS and talk to some of the craft exhibitors to see what the show means to their business; and there’s a special focus on Irish Craft with artists from Dublin, Galway and Kildare. NEVEN’S IRISH SEAFOOD TRAILS Neven discovers the seafood of Co Donegal. His first stop is Killybegs where he calls in at the Killybegs Seafood Shack. He also travels to Harvey’s Point Hotel where Head Chef Chris McMenamin teaches him how to make a flavoursome Mussel and Leek Risotto using mussels farmed in Donegal Bay. OPERATION TRANSFORMATION Operation transformation continues its 12th season and this year the programme has undergone something of a transformation itself.
