NATIONAL TREASURES The National Treasures roadshow rolls into Belfast as John Creedon and the curators discover the amazing objects and fascinating stories waiting for them in the province of Ulster.
THE ZOO It’s shaping up to be an incredible year at Dublin Zoo, and this season the cameras will once again go behind the scenes to follow the passion and expertise of its animal care team. While the animals that live at Dublin Zoo are undoubtedly the stars of the show, it is the love, care and professionalism of the keepers that really makes it special – there are some great characters among them!

The opening of the Waterford Greenway means there’s huge potential for new customers and the Brennans recommend a total revamp. But it’s not just a tearoom they’re tackling, the Kiersey’s decide to build a holiday home at the same time!
PEOPLE OF THE YEAR ***NEW*** The People of the Year Awards, presented by Gráinne Seoige and Aidan Power, provide an opportunity for the Irish public to honour the country’s most inspiring people. The live television show will recognises the bravery, coverage and determination of Ireland’s greatest heroes. 
NATIONWIDE – ALONG THE BORDER All this week on RTÉ Nationwide, to mark 20 years of the Good Friday Agreement, Mary Kennedy and Anne Cassin travel the 499 km Irish border from Carlingford Lough to Lough Foyle. Border people tell stories about their troubled past and as the shock of Brexit still reverberates across the whole island of Ireland, share concerns about an uncertain future.
BACK TO THE JOY ***New*** 21 years on from his groundbreaking series director Donald Taylor Black goes back inside Mountjoy Prison to see how the prison has changed for staff, the prisoners and their families.
STETSONS & STILLETOS From singing Reverends and truck-driving women, to Nathan Carter obsessed pigs and Ireland’s first country music festival wedding, Stetsons & Stilettos is back for another series looking at the unique world of Irish Country Music.
