Lords and Ladles **FINAL** Derry Clarke and Catherine Fulvio Enniscoe House in Co Mayo. The Kelletts of Mayo came to Ireland with Cromwell, purchased land and built this lovely house on the banks of Lough Conn. Catherine recreates a meal from the late 18th century but she may be waiting a while for Derry to catch the ingredients for her dish of Boiled Trout with Shrimp Sauce. PAINTING THE NATION It's the semi-finals of Painting the Nation and our four remaining painters are in Dublin facing their toughest challenge yet - the portrait. NEVEN’S FOOD TRAILS: THE BASQUE COUNTRY In Episode Five, Neven’s food trail leads him to the stunning Hotel Marques de Riscal designed by world renowned architect Frank Gehry. The Hotel in La Rioja's Alava province is also home to a winery, and Neven takes a tour. He travels on to the town of Lantziego to meet olive oil expert and producer Peter Lacuesta for an olive oil tasting. Neven’s own recipes include Roasted Red Pepper Gazpacho with Basil Oil Ice Cubes and Garlic Toasts. And he also prepares Stuffed Beef Rolls with Red Wine Sauce. Living The Wildlife **FINAL** A rarely seen resident has been spotted in the waters of Dublin Bay so Colin goes night diving in search of this eight- legged creature with master photographer Nigel Motyer. On a tributary off Lough Ennel, he joins up with underwater cameraman Victor Kutischev in an attempt to capture the illusive mid-winter spawning of a brown trout. RTÉ One, Friday 28th October, 7.30pm
