THE ROTUNDA Tara and Neill's journey to parenthood has not been an easy one. After devastating miscarriages, the couple return to the Rotunda hoping for the safe arrival of their baby girl. Meanwhile, Ryan and Patrick anxiously await the arrival of their first child. Ryan has a heart condition, and her pacemaker will need to be turned off for the delivery.
