DOCUMENTARY ON ONE:Oswald Froze A Moment – Ireland on the day JFK died It's now 9/11 or 7/7 - people remember exactly where they were when they heard of the attacks on the World Trade Centre in New York or on the Underground in London. Before that, it was Lady Diana - people could tell you where they were when they heard that Lady Diana had died in Paris. Before that again, and for a whole generation, it was JFK. "Do you remember where you were when you heard that JFK had been shot?" Everyone did. ARENA *Special* On 22nd November Arena will launch a collection of poems, short stories and song lyrics. The book is called New Planet Cabaret and it will be published by New Island. The collection will include the work of regular contributors to Arena and writers who took part in our recent on-air creative writing course, which was taught by performance poet Dave Lordan.
