RTÉ One Figures TV Highlights, Wednesday 7th January Fair City was the most watched soap in Ireland last night with an average audience* of 569,000 (36%) Irish soap fans tuning in to watch last night’s episode. Fair City had a reach** audience of 735,700 while an additional 31,400 TV viewers watched the episode on RTÉ One+1. 10,057 caught up on the Carrigstown action on RTÉ Player. Fair City was also the second most watched programme among 15 – 34s (24%) after Operation Transformation.
New RTÉJr animated series Puffin Rock comes to air as second series confirmed Puffin Rock, the animated pre-school series narrated by Chris O’Dowd, will launch on RTÉjr on Monday 12 January at 8:10am and 1:10pm, airing daily on the television channel. The episodes will also be available to view on the RTÉjr app on the RTÉjr website: www.rte.ie/rtejr.
