EPISODE 5 – Overview
Mairéad has to leave Healy alone with their new arrival Noel to go and collect her larger-than-life mother who abandoned her when she was young. The surprise news is that Conor has just passed his driving test, so he’s insistent that he takes over the driving duties to collect his grandmother. The reliable family car that has seen them through many dramas over the years still has some life in it, and the ensuing road trip and extended family gathering with Mairéad’s mother proves to be eventful in the extreme.
