Billie Holiday has her love to keep her warm, a wintery song from Tori Amos, and Nina Simone sings about a Sinnerman. Stunning music from Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi, and a selection of songs from the acclaimed American singer-songwriter John Prine. Ailbhe McDonagh is inspired by Achill Island for her Irish Isles Suite and Aedín will also dip into Benjamin Britten’s Four Sea Interludes.
