Against the backdrop of a dramatic neolithic landscape Ambient Orbit brings you a special winter solstice broadcast live from Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery in Co. Sligo, home to Ireland’s oldest megalithic tombs on December 21st, the longest night of the year.
Join us from the heart of neolithic north-west Ireland where the remains of over 35 passage tombs constructed over 6,000 years ago are found, for a tranquil mix of music, on site ambience and live musical performances from Jennifer Moore, Brendan Jenkinson and Risteárd Ó hAodha.
