For the Semi Finals, Ireland’s Fittest Family takes over Drogheda Port for the very first time. Over two heats in a feature-length episode, the six remaining families will become four as they battle it out for a place in the Grand Final.

For the Semi Finals, Ireland’s Fittest Family takes over Drogheda Port for the very first time.

Over two heats in a feature-length episode, the six remaining families will become four as they battle it out for a place in our Grand Final.

Newbie coach Ellen Keane crashed out of the competition.

All the families will be facing an epic 1km boat race through the centre of Drogheda – THE BATTLE OF THE BOYNE.

Then they’ll be facing an icy plunge into the river, as they take on Ireland’s Fittest Family favourite HANG TOUGH.

The highest-scoring family from each Heat will go through to the Grand Final, while the two families at the bottom of each Heat will have to face off in the Eliminator to secure a place in the FInal.
