Couple Myles and Ashley run into some issues as the age of the property throws up unique challenges.  They find some good energy saving solutions for this house and they manage to keep most of its character. 

Meanwhile Kieran goes to visit a gym that is taking energy saving to an industrial scale. Westpark Fitness in Tallaght has harnessed the power of solar and has a unique way of heating the pool.
