Episode 4
Anna and Rachel are both struggling. Anna feels stuck, weighed down by emotions she can’t seem to release, while Rachel is restless, unable to sleep and desperate to quiet her racing thoughts. Chris suggests she try asking a higher power for help—an idea Rachel scoffs at. Anna, distracted and unfocused, is stalking Janie online when she accidentally drops Aidan’s phone into the toilet. Meanwhile, Claire takes Kate to the doctor, learning she needs glasses, before scrambling to prepare a costume for a last-minute dress-up day. Later, at Maggie’s, Claire vents about the pressures of motherhood, and Maggie confides that she and Garv are trying for a baby. To lighten the mood, Claire shows Maggie her dating app, where they spot someone unexpected. Searching for clarity, Anna leaves the house and meets Mitch, who offers her an unexpected sense of comfort. Claire has an epiphany about how to help Anna, while Luke decides to visit Rachel in rehab.
