Donal Skehan celebrates the vibrant traditions of Orthodox Easter in this special episode. Chef Dimitrios Tsionas, Head Chef at the Hilton Kilmainham, joins Donal to share his recipe for a mouthwatering slow-roasted Lamb Kleftiko, while Baker Victoria Irimies creates a delectable Cozonac, a sweet Easter bread with a rich chocolate and walnut filling.

Adding to the celebration, Romanian Orthodox Storyteller Mihaela Cardu and Choir Soprano Anastassia Rakitianskaia share their personal Easter traditions and offer insights into the significance of this important occasion.
