Aedín features American Jazz pianist and composer Herbie Hancock in the spotlight ahead of his 85th birthday tomorrow. A chance to hear Hancock’s own composition, Cantaloupe Island, as well as his interpretations of Joni Mitchell’s River and part of Ravel’s piano concerto. Yo-Yo Ma plays with Dave Brubeck and Martin Hayes joins Brooklyn Ryder. Stunning choral works from New Dublin Voices and Ars Nova Copenhagen.
