Consumer programme The Complaints Bureau returns for a new series on RTÉ One. Finance expert Eoin McGee sets the caseload for three consumer journalists advocating and arguing on behalf of members of the public who have hit brick walls. The trio – Conor Pope, Amy Molloy and Siobhan Maguire tackle problems big, small and seemingly intractable. Along the way there are frustrations, dead ends, awkward interviews, cautionary tales and, sometimes at least, successful results.
