Jess Gillam has taken the music world by storm since rising to fame after her appearance in the final of the BBC Young Musician of the Year. In today’s Full Score concert we’ll hear her Irish debut at last year’s West Wicklow Music Festival. She performs in trio formation with Sam Becker (bass) and Leif Kaner-Lidström (piano) in programmes of great musical variety, including music by J.S. Bach and Chilly Gonzales. Liz Nolan presents a showcase of unabridged musical masterworks, featuring live recordings of Irish and international performers, plus selections from the latest CD releases.
