Aedín features award-winning pianist and composer, Jon Batiste’s new solo piano album entitled Beethoven Blues which showcases his reimagining of some of Beethoven’s most iconic works. We’ll also hear a beautiful piano trio by Maurice Ravel, used on a film soundtrack, the guitar playing of Gustavo Santaolalla and a little Bach from violinist Janine Jansen. Closer to home, a selection of recordings from renowned fiddle player and composer Colm Mac Con Iomaire and great songs from Caroline Kay and Paul Brady.
