EP 3 – POND BEACH, CO LAOIS
Pat Bowe, a dairy farmer, and his Latvian partner, Iveta Melgaile, want to open a beach resort in the heart of landlocked Laois. Iveta has endless exotic plans, all centred around a pond in the middle of a field. The couple have a critical deadline of August 2024 when they’re getting married at the resort. The Brennans are worried that there is far too much going on and they want them to abandon the plan for their ambitious bar, grill and restaurant. Will all be resolved in time for their big day?
