Anam – Songs for Hearts and Minds

Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural series, ‘Anam – Songs for Hearts & Minds’ returns to RTÉ this September with a host of extraordinary Irish and international music talent gracing intimate and historical stages around the country.

Produced in partnership by Other Voices and the Office of Public Works, this brand-new four-part series brings together a dynamic and diverse group of artists.

Across four weeks, ‘Anam – Songs for Hearts & Minds’ takes viewers on a sonic journey, blending inspiring live performances with the beauty of some of Ireland’s most prestigious National Monuments and Heritage Properties.

Episode 4: Legendary fiddle player Martin Hayes joins the exceptional Kate Ellis for a special collaborative performance in Parke’s Castle, Leitrim. MayKay will also bring us powerful performances from Claddagh Record signees Lemoncello and Kurdish/Syrian Singer Mohammad Syfkhan.
