Cheap Irish Homes

Season 5 of the highly anticipated “Cheap Irish Homes” returns as presenter Maggie Molloy takes us on a journey to find Ireland’s most reasonably priced properties. This season, the show not only showcases affordable homes but also introduces the Vacant Property Refurbishment and Derelict Property Grant schemes available, aimed at assisting buyers in finding their “forever” home.

From charming country cottages to timeless terraced townhouses, Maggie and her co-presenter, Building Engineer Kieran McCarthy, travel across the country, in search of hidden gems with tremendous potential for budget-conscious buyers.

Amidst the soaring house prices, Maggie and Kieran are on a mission to show that countless opportunities await those who are willing to explore these often over looked properties. Irish Homes is back to turn the dream of homeownership into a reality for more people.
