If someone decades from was to look back at Irish music in the year 2024, Lankum would no doubt be one of the names that would help define all that is great about Irish music in 2024 and the surrounding years. Their performance at the RTÉ Choice Music Prize in Vicar Street was stunning, and their album ‘False Lankum’ was awarded Irish Album of the Year later that night. Dan brings us their set from Choice on tonight’s show.
