Sergei Rachmaninov was only seventeen years when he began composing his first piano concerto. Fifty years later, he finished his last work: Symphonic Dances. In today’s Full Score concert, we meet both the young and the old composer, together with conductor Elim Chan and pianist Alexandre Kantorow.
