EPISODE 5 – COUNTY CLARE AND THE BURREN 

John discovers the moonlike landscape of the Burren, a long slab of natural limestone pavement in County Clare on Ireland’s West Coast.  John meets a pig farmer who shows us the art of making pork confit, slices smoked salmon with in one of the best smokehouses in Europe, learns the secret of making chocolate at one of the most remote chocolate factories in the world and finishes off cooking  lobster by The Flaggy Shore.
