EPISODE 2 – WICKLOW TO WEXFORD
John is on the Wicklow coast and the seaside town of Greystones, which recently won the title of best place to live in the world! He meets vegan evangelists The Happy Pear, who teach him how to make a vegan ‘cheese steak’ sandwich. John tastes Indian food with an Irish twist, picks veg from a country house garden for a gourmet salad and learns about the Irish craze for craft beer over the ultimate beer and food pairing menu. He then goes to sunny Wexford, where he meets a man who shows him how the Vikings used to cook and traces the steps of some of the world’s best farm to fork beef.
