EPISODE 4 – LAZY SUNDAY
There’s nothing quite like a lazy summer Sunday. And Nico is making the most of laid back garden grilling.
To start it’s one of his absolute favourites, a Grilled Steak Sandwich with creamy Roast Shallot and Tarragon Butter. He is re-imagining the quintessential Irish dinner of bacon and cabbage with his succulent Applewood Smoked Ham and Grilled Pineapple Glaze with some comfort food sides and for dessert Nico is whipping up a heavenly Grilled Rhubarb and Mango Crumble, because is there anything better than fruit over fire?
