Next, it’s time for beef burgers in garlic bread inspired by the food Mark loved as a teenager. He shows us how to make juicy beef patties and serves them up in crispy garlic bread “Pure Filth” as he describes them himself!
For a more adventurous dish, Mark presents his take on duck pancakes, a Chinese classic that’s perfect for a special occasion, or indeed a Friday night!. He shares his tips for cooking duck using the confit method and serves up a perfectly crispy, plummy dish with the classic trimmings.
In the “How to Perfect’ segment, the spotlight is on cupcakes. Mark shows us how to make fluffy cupcakes with a buttercream frosting, and offers some creative ideas for decorating them. He also shares some troubleshooting tips for common baking problems, such as cupcakes that sink or spill over!
