This week’s For The Record finds Dan focusing on Paddy Casey’s 1999 debut ‘Amen (So Be It)’. Released in June of that year, it features live favourites like ‘Fear’, ‘Sweet Suburban Sky’, and ‘Everybody Wants’. Hear tracks all this week, and an interview with Paddy on Wednesday’s show.

Following the release of their debut ‘Maelstrom’ album, which landed last Spring, Melts were guests in Studio 8. The Dublin five-piece were formed in 2017 by drummer Earle & guitarist O’Reilly simply hand picking their favourite musician friends on the Dublin circuit.
The band will embark on their first headline UK tour this December with shows at London’s Shacklewell Arms, and a hometown show at Dublin’s Button Factory.
