On tonight’s programme, Anne Cassin sees the work of the Irish Landmark Trust. She visits the magnificent Wicklow Head Lighthouse which was the first restoration project undertaken by the Irish Landmark Trust when it was established 30 years ago. The Irish Landmark Trust have conserved quite a diverse range of historic properties over the last three decades and we visit some of these buildings including a Georgian mews in Dublin city centre, a miniature Castle in Co. Cork. Anne also meets a master Thatcher, one of a number of craftspeople integral to the work of the Irish Landmark Trust.
