On this evening’s programme we mark the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Anglo-Irish Treaty and the foundation of the Irish State. Presented by Donal Byrne, Donal meets descendants of the families involved in negotiating that Treaty and hears how they still feel the traumatic effects of the Civil War the Treaty led to.
