Today’s concert comes from the Baltic Sea Festival and stars the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra’s Concertmaster, Malin Broman, leading top instrumentalists in Mendelssohn’s String Octet and two world premieres by Swedish composer Britta Byström. Liz Nolan presents a showcase of unabridged musical masterworks, featuring live recordings of Irish and international performers, plus selections from the latest CD releases.
