An exciting line-up at this year's RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards, taking place in Vicar Street. Live music is back, and Ruth Smith and John Creedon are at the heart of it surrounded by some of Ireland's best artists performing on the night, including Christy Moore receiving this year's Lifetime Achievement Award and music celebrating the legacy of Sarah Makem, mother of the legendary Tommy Makem.
