Earlier this week, at Aras an Uachtarain, President Michael D. Higgins and his wife, Sabina, presented the Rohan family with a tree to acknowledge the work that Embrace FARM does in support and remembrance of families affected by farm accidents.

The Catholic Bishop of Kildare & Leighlin, the Most Rev. Denis Nulty, Fr Paddy Byrne, Parish Priest of Abbeyleix and Raheen, and the Rev. Rev Canon Patrick Harvey, Church of Ireland Rector of the Abbeyleix & Killermogh Union of Parishes, lead the annual Embrace FARM ecumenical Service of remembrance and support for families affected by farm accidents. Mairead Lavery, former Editor of Irish Country Living delivers the keynote address and traditional music is led by Tina Cuddy.
