Episode 3: Potato

Series Overview:

Following on from the success of last year’s series, Cook-In is back and this time Mark Moriarty wants to re-ignite that passion for cooking good food at home.

Across the series, Mark will share easy to follow recipes, focusing on making the most of those kitchen staples that we all have in the cupboard and fridge. Over the past year, we are all cooking more at home and trying recipes that we may not have tried before. Cook-In aims to inspire everyone to keep cooking, and these tasty recipes make it achievable from novice to confident cooks. Each episode is based around one main staple ingredient and 4 delicious recipes. Mark will also tackle those commonly asked questions including the age old question, “How do you cook perfect mashed potatoes?”
