Episode 7: Hand Me Downs
This week on Donal’s Family Food in Minutes, it’s pure nostalgia as Donal shares the Hand Me Down recipes he loves from his family. First up Donal is reaching back into the archives to a recipe that his Grandad loved, it’s Grandad’s Kleftico. Then it’s his Auntie Erica’s Lemon Slices, which appeared at almost every family event growing up, and still does! Mom’s Coq Au Vin Blanc, is a dish so special that Donal found it almost impossible to get the recipe for! And finally, Donal’s own Winter Pavlova recipe is one that will stand the test of time when he hands it down to his sons.
