This week it’s all about Food To Go, where a little bit of prep goes a long way and Donal has some fantastic lunch box dishes that will see you through the week. First up is a travel friendly Crispy Chicken Potato Salad, which you’ll want to tuck into as soon as you open that lunch box. Next is Greeneroni Soup and Toastie, a warming hug in a bowl, perfect for after a dip in the sea. Donal’s Chocolate Chip Banana Bread uses his Auntie Ann’s famous banana bread recipe but this time elevated with a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
