In the third episode, airing on Sunday 23rd August, presenter Kathryn Thomas will transport viewers to County Kerry showcasing the riches of Dingle and Killarney including the scenic drive of Conor Pass, catching a boat to the Blasket Islands and visiting Ireland’s adventure playground, Reek District.

Kathryn Thomas will present a new travel series focusing on staycations in Ireland this summer called No Place Like Home.
Kathryn is packing up a family camper van and taking to the highways and by ways of Ireland. Kathryn will visit locations including Wexford in Episode 1, Cork and Waterford in Episode 2, Kerry in Episode 3, Mayo and Sligo in Episode 4. Kathryn’s travel stories will be a mix of places that have a particular family resonance for her or will be somewhere in Ireland she has always wanted to visit.
There will also be a guest presenter segment each week too – the locations and well known faces to be confirmed.
There will be a live element to the show each week aswell with music, interviews and the latest travel tips around Covid 19 coming from Dublin in Episode 1, Galway in Episode 2, Kilkenny in Episode 3 and Limerick in Episode 4.

The 30 minute show will air at 18:30 on Sunday August 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th on RTE One.
