Mary Fanning meets two enterprising young people in County Louth who turned their idea to develop a natural food product, to help alleviate their Granny’s arthritis, into a thriving company called Spoonful Botanical. Louth GAA star Conor Grimes and his girlfriend, model Jayne Gavin sourced the ingredients for their healthy food business when touring India and Asia. The demand for their Bord Bia backed natural product has increased so much that they are making plans to move to a bespoke industrial unit.
Zainab Boladale hears about a shared wardrobe that’s been set up as part of an online sustainable fashion company run by two best friends from Dublin.
