EPISODE 3 – RTÉ One
Marty Morrissey and Bernard O’Shea are back for a second run of their road trip TV show. In this brand new three part series, Marty and Bernard meet various people from different communities, who do remarkable things for their community. Each week they will meet a new group, with whom they will set a challenge in order to fundraise for that group.
In tonight’s episode Bernard brings Marty to his hometown of Durrow in Co Laois to meet the members of the local Fire & Rescue Service. These brave men put Marty & Bernard through their paces, before the tables are turned and they learn of a fundraising idea that will take them very much out of their comfort zone.
As Marty and Bernard get to know the men and their families, their visit culminates in a fundraising night to remember that brings both the laughter and the tears.
