It’s week four of Cook-in with Mark Moriarty, and to kick things off, Mark will be serving up a delicious pea risotto from store cupboard ingredients and topped with Irish smoked salmon and a poached egg. And Mark take us through his recipe for a glazed banana and berry loaf that’s going to knock the socks off any other banana bread recipe! To finish things off Mark will show us a delicious slow-cooked Irish lamb shoulder and broad bean salad.
