With its misfit congregation of staff and clients, can this Northside Dublin salon hold it together through conflicting management styles, a mean green situation and an errant blow-dry when the lending manager visits the salon? Or will internal drama cut their ambitions short?

Long Synopsis:

Long-time BFFs and co-owners of Headcases Hair and Beauty, Michelle and Cheryl, are finally ready to take their business to the next level by purchasing the building. All they need is loan approval.

The cracks begin to show on the day the lending manager is due to visit as Michelle and Cheryl’s conflicting management styles are brought into sharp focus. Michelle is sensible and frugal, devoted to her husband and two kids; Cheryl on the other hand is spending big on shots and takeaways, while slowly making her way through every man in Artane, one weekend at a time.

The misfit congregation of staff and clients at Headcases also prove to be a liability. A newly instated targets board incites fierce competition between the stylists, causing Ryan to steal clients from Aimee and give the inexperienced Taylor more responsibility than she’s ready for. Headcases’ most experienced stylist Trish is also a cause for alarm as she turns up for work on her day off behaving erratically.

Can this Northside Dublin salon hold it together through staff issues, a mean green situation and an errant blow-dry all while they try to impress Peter the lending manager with their business acumen? Or will personal drama see their dreams crumble?
