Lucca’s involvement in a viral “mothering while black” video sparks conversations at Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart that unearth racial biases and pay disparity at the firm. Liz joins Diane at a resistance group meeting but their next act -- to help swing votes in key states -- hits close to home when the group decides they need a celebrity influencer. Maia faces serious consequences at the firm thanks to Blum.

Episode 304

Series 3, Episode 4 – One With Lucca Becoming A Meme

Maia is in a meeting with all of the partners in the firm to discuss the drug charges following her arrest. She openly states that the drugs were foisted upon her and that she does not have a drug problem.

Julius and Marissa meet about his campaign and while he believes he should take back his pro-life statements, she encourages him to hold strong to those as it appeals to his demographic of voters. We later see Julius take Marissa’s advice, and while he did well in the initial interview, his contact believes that his association with Eli Gold’s daughter, Marissa, will ruin his chances of winning and they believe he should let her go.

On Lucca’s day off, she is accused of stealing her own baby in a park and becomes the center of a viral video.
