Dan Hegarty – The Alternative: For The Record – ‘Holy Fire’ by Foals – Sunday, February 10 to Thursday, February 14:
2013 is where we find ourselves this week For The Record. ‘Holy Fire’ was Foals’ third studio album, and features tracks like ‘My Number’, ‘Inhaler’ and ‘Bad Habit’.
News broke a couple of weeks ago of a new two-part album release from Foals, along with an Irish date in July.
‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost’ part 1 lands on March 8, with part 2 to follow in Autumn. The UK band will also play a Dublin show as part of The Summer Series at Trinity College on July 2.
Dan features tracks from their 2013 album ‘Holy Fire’ all this week, and brings us an interview with Yannis Philippakis (from the tour that supported the 2013 album) on Wednesday’s show.
