For Nollaig na mBan, throughout the day on Lyric we have a special focus on female composers and musicians. Aedín features a selection of recordings from the pen of British composer Imogen Holst as well as Amy Beach, Lili Boulanger, Joan Trimble, Cécile Chaminade, Clara Schumann and Louise Farrenc, and in our Sunday concert the Violin sonata by American composer Lita Grier.
