Donal has been cooking for over 15 years now and still gets excited about going into the kitchen.  Over the years he has the chance and opportunity to cook some amazing meals and also learn so many recipes along the way. This episode is a  homage to some of the favourite meals that he has cooked over the years.

His first signature  Dish is Chings 3 Cup Chicken followed by Beef Stroganoff.  His tasty bites are Soy & Ginger Fish with Rice and Chicken Adobo.  He also cooks Sizzling Pork & Sugar snaps.
