Rio Ferdinand tells his story of raising his three children following the loss of his wife to cancer. He meets other families in similar circumstances in order to understand what help is available for families after bereavement.

In May 2015 former Manchester United and England footballer Rio Ferdinand lost his 34-year-old wife Rebecca to cancer. In this documentary filmed a a year on, he is still trying to come to terms with this loss and its effects on him and his three children. This moving and powerful film follows Rio as he meets other families coping with bereavement and looks at what help is available for parents and children who have experienced loss.
