The Republic of Ireland’s UEFA Under 17 EURO quarter-final clash with the Netherlands live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player

RTÉ Sport today (Friday 11 May, 2018) confirmed that the Republic of Ireland’s UEFA Under 17 European Championship quarter-final versus the Netherlands will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player next Monday 14 May. (KO time TBC)

Today’s 2-0 Group C victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina insures Colin O’Brien’s side will face the Dutch on Monday with live coverage on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.

Darragh Maloney will be joined by Brian Kerr and Stephen McPhail for live coverage with Noel King alongside Stephen Alkin on commentary. In the event of a draw after 80 minutes the tie will be decided by a penalty shoot-out with no extra-time to be played.

If Ireland are victorious against the Netherlands their semi-final tie on Thursday 17 May will also be live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player as will the final on Sunday 20 May should Ireland qualify.
