RTÉ Player Goes A Little Bit Eurovision 

Eurovision Song Contest fever is gripping the nation as each of the acts gear up towards the first of the semi finals.  Ahead of the main events, RTÉ Player has created a Eurovision collection for the seasoned superfan available to watch now!   

With 43 acts to get through, no contest is complete without some serious prep work.  Go to RTÉ Player for a preview to the semi finalists and finalists in advance of their performances on Tuesday 8th May, Thursday 10th May and Saturday 12th May.

With the lovely Ryan O’Shaughnessy representing Ireland with his heartfelt ballad ‘Together’, catch a glimpse of the song along with the touching video on RTÉ Player and size up the standards Ryan has to live up to with last years’ winning performance of ‘Amar Pelos Dois’ from Portugals Salvador Sobral.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 semi finals take place on Tuesday May 8th and Thursday May 10th at 8pm (Irish time) on RTÉ2 and will be available to watch live and on demand worldwide for free on RTÉ Player.  Ireland will take part in the first semi final.  The Eurovision Song Contest Final takes place on Saturday May 12th and will be broadcast live on RTÉ One, available to watch live and on demand worldwide for free on RTÉ Player.  Watch the entire shows or clips of each individual performance on RTÉ Player.
